Welcome—We’re Glad You’re Here

We’re a United Methodist congregation with open hearts, open minds, and open doors. When you join us, expect to see a diverse community of people ready to worship Jesus and to grow in grace together—long-time Methodists, brand-new seekers, families, singles, retirees, military, and neighbors from every walk of life.

What to Wear

Dress in whatever helps you worship comfortably. You’ll see everything from “beach casual” (think Hawaiian shirts and khakis/jeans) to business casual and Sunday best. Come as you are.

What to Expect in Worship

Our service blends Scripture, prayer, music, and a practical message rooted in the Wesleyan tradition. We sing both familiar hymns and newer songs. The sermon aims to be biblical, hopeful, and connected to everyday life. After worship, we love to linger for conversation—please stay and say hello.

Children & Youth

During the service. we offer Sunday School; children and youth are always welcome to remain in worship if that’s best for your family. We follow United Methodist Safe Sanctuaries guidelines to provide a caring, secure environment for all ages.

Holy Communion (The Lord’s Supper)

We celebrate Communion every Sunday. In the United Methodist Church, the table is open: you do not need to be a member of this church—or any church—to receive. Christ welcomes you, and so do we. We use grape juice, and we can provide a gluten-free option—just let a greeter or usher know.

Our United Methodist Distinctives

  • Grace at the center. We talk often about prevenient, justifying, and sanctifying grace—God’s love at work before us, saving us, and shaping us to look more like Jesus.

  • Both personal and social holiness. Faith changes hearts and also moves us to serve our neighbors through compassion, justice, and mercy.

  • The Wesleyan “Quadrilateral.” We seek God’s truth through Scripture, and we also listen to Christian tradition, use reason, and learn from lived experience.

  • Connectional life. We’re part of a worldwide United Methodist family. Your presence and gifts support ministries here at home and around the globe (think disaster relief through UMCOR, hunger ministries, and more).

Inclusion & Accessibility

We strive to reflect Christ’s welcome for all—every age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, and background. If you have accessibility needs (mobility, sensory, hearing, or neurodiversity accommodations), tell us ahead of time or speak with an usher—we’ll be ready to help.

Getting Connected

Looking to make friends, grow in faith, or serve the community? Ask about small groups and Bible studies, choir/music opportunities, mission and outreach teams, and seasonal studies. There’s a place for you here.

We’re Looking Forward to Meeting You

Whether you’re returning to church, exploring faith for the first time, or new to the neighborhood, we can’t wait to welcome you. If you have questions before you come, reach out—and when you arrive, introduce yourself so we can say hello in person!
